Offered as either 7-day or 30-day programs, this healing intensive involves a multi-skilled team of therapists helping and supporting you to make the life transformation that you desire. Each program is personally tailored to suit your individual needs and preferences, and may be residential or non-residential according to your needs and circumstances. The 30-day program would typically include:

Connecting with Nature
Walking in The Rookery, which offers both beautiful formally landscaped gardens with ornamental pond, flower and herbaceous beds, and a rock garden with streams, as well as woodland areas. The Rookery was formerly known as the Streatham Spa, where people would drink water from local springs for their medicinal and healing properties.
I also offer a retreat in a beachside chalet, enjoying the sea and fresh air, an ideal place to unwind, relax and heal.

About the team
The main therapists involved will be:
Myself, Jeanne-Marie Aerts - I am a Registered General Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Kinesiologist, Reiki Master and a qualified practitioner of EFT, Matrix Reimprinting & Matrix Energetics; I am also a Flower Remedy Practioner and trained in Hopi Candling.
Christie Careswell - Christie is a transformational counsellor and energetic healer. She has many years experience of a number of healing and counselling modalities including Shamanic Healing, Matrix Re-imprinting Matrix Energetics and the Sedona Method. She is trained in Solution-focused Brief Counselling, Yogic Touch and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). She has worked with Byron Katie and Brandon Bays. During her years as Inclusion Manager in a Lambeth Primary School she practiced counselling with teachers parents and children. Since the beginning of 2008 she has had her own counselling and healing business with individuals and couples. She also teaches meditation and runs transformational workshops.
Nicholas Careswell - Nick is a qualified Acupuncturist with a degree in Chinese Medicine and 6 years clinical experience, treating a wide range of symptoms both mental and physical. He runs two successful clinics, one in South London and the other near to Prague in the Czech Republic. Nick has clinical experience working with patients to overcome substance addiction in The Gateway Clinic London, and also worked with Chinese Doctors in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Research Facility in Shanghai, China. Nick has studied and practised various martial arts for over 15 years; he now teaches classes in Shaolin kung fu and takes private students for personal training. Nick combines his knowledge of Chinese Medicine, Physiology, Taoist philosophy, Yoga and Callisthenics resulting in a comprehensive, flexible and effective synthesis of old and new methods.
Richard Lawton - Richard is a qualified psychotherapeutic Deep Bodywork practitioner and certified Postural Integrator. As well as being trained in various forms of massage, bodywork and alternative therapies, he has also trained in Somatic Trauma Therapy and Gestalt & Psychodrama groupwork. He is one of the few people in the world to be certified as a Master practitioner of Pulsing Rhythmic Bodywork. He currently works in private practice offering Bodymind Integration, his unique synthesis of deep bodywork, body-centred awareness and a range of supportive psychotherapeutic methods.
